VIP Casino Host

Job description

We are looking for a polished, relationship-driven VIP Casino Host to manage a portfolio of our highest-value players. You will build personal relationships with VIP customers, coordinate tailored bonuses and experiences, monitor player activity, and act as their main point of contact for anything from account questions to bespoke hospitality.

Success in this role is measured by VIP retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value growth. You will work closely with the VIP management and CRM teams to make sure every high-value player feels genuinely looked after.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience as a VIP host, account manager, or similar in igaming or hospitality
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with player data to personalise outreach
• Discretion and professionalism when handling high-value accounts
• Fluent English; a second language (Mandarin, Arabic, or German) is a strong plus
• Availability across some evening/weekend hours to match VIP activity
