Frequently asked questions

Have a question?

Here's what job seekers ask us most often. Can't find your answer? Contact us.

Is CasinoCareers free for job seekers?

Yes. Creating an account, building your CV, and applying to any listing on CasinoCareers is completely free for job seekers.

Do I need previous casino industry experience to apply?

Not always. Many listings, especially customer support, live dealer, and entry-level roles, welcome candidates from hospitality, retail, or customer service backgrounds. Check each listing's requirements section.

How do I apply to a job?

Create a free account, build your CV once from your dashboard, then open any job listing and click "Apply for this role". Your CV is reused for every application.

Can I upload a resume file instead of filling in the CV form?

You can do both. The structured CV form is what employers see first, and you can also attach a PDF or Word resume file from the CV editor for extra detail.

Can I edit my CV after I've applied to a job?

Yes, you can update your CV at any time from your dashboard. Note that it won't automatically resend updated details for applications you've already submitted.

How do I check the status of my application?

Log in and open "My Account" to see every application you've submitted along with its current status: pending, reviewed, rejected, or hired.

Are the operators on CasinoCareers licensed?

Every listing on our board is for a role at a licensed, regulated online casino or iGaming operator. See our About page for more on how we vet listings.

I'm an employer. How do I post a job?

Job postings are currently managed through our admin team. Reach out via the Contact page and we'll help you get your role listed.

How is my personal data used?

We only use your account and CV data to match you with job listings and to share it with the employers you apply to. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
