Online Casino Bonus Manager

Job description

As our Online Casino Bonus Manager, you will design, launch, and optimise the full bonus lifecycle across our casino brands: welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins campaigns, cashback, and loyalty rewards. You will work closely with CRM, VIP, and compliance teams to make sure every promotion is commercially sound, engaging for players, and fully compliant with bonus T&Cs and licensing rules.

You will own the bonus calendar end to end, monitor campaign performance, and continually test new mechanics to improve activation and retention without inflating bonus abuse risk.

What you'll need

• 3+ years managing bonuses or promotions for an online casino or sportsbook
• Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with campaign and cohort data
• Deep understanding of wagering requirements, bonus abuse patterns, and T&C structuring
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g. Optimove, Comeon-style tooling) is a plus
• Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance and legal
• Excellent written English for T&C copy
