Casino Affiliate Manager

Job description

We are hiring a Casino Affiliate Manager to grow and manage our network of igaming affiliates and media partners. You will recruit new affiliate partners, negotiate commercial terms, optimise commission structures, and act as the main relationship point for our top-performing partners at industry events and online.

You will work closely with marketing and product teams to give affiliates the creative assets, offers, and data they need to convert players effectively, while ensuring every partner operates within our compliance guidelines.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of affiliate management experience in igaming or betting
• Existing network of casino/igaming affiliate contacts is a strong plus
• Comfortable negotiating commercial and CPA/revenue-share terms
• Strong Excel/reporting skills for tracking affiliate performance
• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
