VIP Casino Host

Job description

We're hiring a VIP Casino Host to manage relationships with our highest-value Finnish-speaking players. You'll build genuine, long-term relationships, coordinate personalised bonuses and experiences, and act as the main point of contact for VIP account questions.

Success is measured by VIP retention and satisfaction. You'll work closely with our CRM and compliance teams to make sure every high-value player is looked after responsibly.

What you'll need

• 3+ years in a VIP host, account management, or hospitality role
• Native or fluent Finnish and strong English
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working with player data to personalise outreach
• Discretion and professionalism with high-value accounts
• Availability across some evening/weekend hours
