Job description
As our Online Casino Bonus Manager, you'll design and run the full bonus lifecycle for the Finnish market: welcome offers, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. You'll work with CRM, VIP, and compliance to keep every promotion commercially sound, engaging, and fully compliant.
You'll own the Finnish bonus calendar end to end and continually test new mechanics to improve activation without inflating bonus abuse risk.
What you'll need
- 3+ years managing bonuses or promotions for an online casino or sportsbook
- Fluent Finnish and English
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable with campaign and cohort data
- Understanding of wagering requirements and bonus abuse patterns
- Experience with CRM platforms is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally with compliance and legal
