Job description

We're looking for a detail-oriented Casino Compliance Officer to help ensure our operations meet Finnish and EU licensing, AML, and responsible gambling requirements. You'll monitor regulatory changes, maintain compliance documentation, support audits, and work directly with Legal and Risk on player-protection processes.

This role offers real ownership as Finland's regulated market continues to develop.

What you'll need

3+ years of compliance experience in igaming, gambling, or financial services
Fluent Finnish and English
Working knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and responsible gambling frameworks
Familiarity with the Finnish regulatory environment is a strong plus
Strong documentation and audit-preparation skills
Relevant certification (e.g. ICA, CAMS) is an advantage
